Warri Pikin heads to Hard Rock Cafe in Lagos to find out how to cook an American burger in Nigeria – something he’s never tasted before.
The menu today is part of the cafe’s world burger tour, with hamburgers from America, Guam, Japan, and Brazil.
Warri Pikin heads first to the kitchen where the chef flame grill the hamburger and starts including all the recipes together with garlic sauce, pickle, buns, cheese, onions, bacon, and pulled chicken. The ingredients and recipe are very different from our own Nigerian burger with akara.
“I will grow fat after this episode,” laughs Warri Pikin as he heads inside the cafe to find out how to eat an American burger in Nigeria.
The chef has worked with Hard Rock Cafe for 8 years, and worked in Nigeria for 3 years – “My passion is cooking, so I love this job.”
